Lo Que Alumbra en tu Cara
I've sent applications; now I must twiddle the thumbs in nervousness. I really abhor gambling.
I've been happy these past few weeks and I've started to draw again, after so many months stressed with schoolwork and cursed transfer applications.
Here is a simple piece:
I've always wondered how Victorians, so hungrily proud of their technological advances, reacted when they looked up at the night sky. Did they gasp in wonder as well?
I have been looking at Toulouse Lautrec's work. His style, shapes, and colors fascinate me. Hopefully I'll learn something from his magic. (Or let us hope I can continue drawing every day, haha.)
