Summer Comic Rolling Down Like a Prepared Storm

A summer comic is underway.
Visually it is a fusion between steampunk grunge and Russian folk art styles, paralleling the basic premise of nature alongside human innovation. Toys are the focus. Toys and conciousness, and the human price of such undertaking.
Maybe 20 pages? Its just a slice of the whole story, but I must take baby steps! Character sketches:

Oh so suddenly my identity as artist has faded away like a picture faded by the sun.
So now I must tap into that airy side again. I have some free time now, to think and draw, think and draw. Here we go.
